Shareable scorecards

Send one call's scorecard to a coach, an agent or a client as a read-only link, with or without transcript and audio, and print it as a PDF.

A share is a read-only link to a single call's scorecard. It is the unit of coaching: send the call to the agent before a one-to-one, or to a client as evidence, without giving anyone access to the workspace.

Create a share

On any completed call, choose Share and pick:

Include transcriptOnShow the full transcript with fault and slot markers.
Include audioOffAllow playback of the recording.
Expires in30 days7, 30 or 90 days, or "until revoked". Maximum 365 days.

The link has the form https://voicelens.app/share/vs_…. Anyone with the link can open it; there is no login. Members and above can create shares; a call can have up to 20 active shares.

What the recipient sees

The share page shows the health score, faults with their evidence, latency statistics, slots and question coverage, the call summary, and, when enabled, the transcript and an audio player. The workspace name appears at the top; on Pro plans and above, VoiceLens branding is removed.

The page is responsive and works on a phone, which is where agents tend to open it.

Printing

Choose Print on the share page (or use the browser's print command) for a paper-friendly version: the page switches to a light theme, hides the navigation, keeps each card on one page and adds the print date. Saving as PDF from the print dialog produces a clean record for a coaching file or a compliance case.

Revoke a share

Shares are listed on the call view with their creation date, expiry and options. Revoke invalidates the link immediately; recipients see an expired-link message. Revoked shares remain in the list for the audit trail.

Good practice

  • Share before the one-to-one, so the conversation starts from the evidence rather than from memory.
  • Leave audio off unless the recipient needs it; the transcript with markers is usually enough and avoids circulating recordings.
  • Use short expiries for client-facing shares and revoke when the matter closes.
  • For recurring reporting to a client, an embedded dashboard scales better than individual shares.

Limits

Public share requests are rate-limited to 60 per minute per IP address. Shares are available for completed calls only; failed or skipped calls cannot be shared.
